Ange Pascal Kouassi is currently the Country Representative for Ghana and Liberia at Proparco, which is the subsidiary of the Agence Française de Développement Group, focused on private sector development. He joined the firm in 2016 as an Investment Officer, mainly in charge of equity and quasi equity activities, before climbing up the ladder to become a Senior Investment Officer in 2019 at the West African Regional Office in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. He led several transactions across various sectors such as FMCG, banking, microfinance, manufacturing and private equity.

Prior to the above, he worked as a financial consultant from 2010 – 2012 before joining Cauris Management as a Private Equity Investment Officer from 2013 to 2016.

Mr. Kouassi, has a master’s degree in Management from ESCP Business School in France. Also to his credit, is another master’s degree in engineering from the INP-HB in Côte d’Ivoire.
